Rates

Standard rate is just £20 per hour (min. 1 hour), if the job is longer
then additional half hours are charged at just £7.

PChelp-plymouth.co.uk is also available for emergency repairs on Sundays
and Public/Bank Holidays.

List of estimated costs for common jobs:

One/two hours jobs:

• Basic PC or Laptop installation: £30
• Re-install/Recovery Windows OS: £30
• Basic broadband setup: £25
• Peripherals Installation (ie. printers, scanners, card readers, CCDs): £20
• Hard drive installation: £30
• Memory upgrade: £30
• System Valet (cleaning of fans, dust removal from inside case): £25

Added jobs:

• Additional software installation (ie. antyvirus, firewall, Office): £5/each
• Data Transfer: £20

Other jobs:

• Replace Windows Vista for XP or XP for Vista: £35
• Windows Vista and XP on same PC (dual systems): £45
• Virus and spyware removal: £35-£60
• Advaced Networking Security Services (WEP/WPA/MAC Filtration/Firewalls):£50

Travel fees: £0

The hourly rate does not include parts. These are sold separately, should you require them.
